A total of 7,000 square feet of meeting space is available, including the Grand Chapiteau, which is set in Laval’s most unique and lavish hotel garden. The St Martin has a total of 6 thoughtfully appointed function rooms of various styles and sizes. All are soundproofed, fully carpeted, and equipped with the latest technology, such as high-speed Internet access (wireless and wired) to lend the highest degree of professionalism to your presentations.
Grand Chapiteau Set in our colorful garden, the Grand Chapiteau can accommodate up to 250 guests for an unforgettable once in a lifetime wedding, cocktails or simply for your corporate event. Combined with the Louis Philippe hall, gives you the perfect setting for a glamorous indoor-outdoor event. Area: 2400 square feet Louis Philippe The largest of our meeting rooms, and the most graceful. This is a beautiful room for a conference, wedding, or even a gala dinner. With it’s gracious French doors opening on our garden and our Grand Chapiteau. It is fully equipped with sound system capabilities and high speed Internet connection (WiFi and ADSL). This meeting room can also be divided into salon Louis and salon Philippe for smaller events. Area: 1215 square feet Montpellier Suitable for meetings of up to 40 people, the clean lines and bright airy feel of the Montpellier meeting room make for a pleasurable atmosphere. The room is equipped with sound system capabilities, direct dial telephone line and free WiFi Internet. Area: 528 square feet Chambord Also located on the ground floor, Chambord is an ideal room for small private meetings and it can also be used as a breakout room. Area: 272 square feet Normandie The smallest of our meeting space, it can accommodate up to 6 guests for private meetings. It can also be used as a breakout room. Area: 135 square feet |
